During morning observations, the client was observed exhibiting difficulty following directives within three prompts by playing around with his peers in the restroom. During midday observations, the client exhibited difficulty utilizing respectful words and keeping his hand/feet to himself when interacting with his peers outside on the playground. During afternoon observations, the client exhibited difficulty communicating his anger appropriately and following directives within three prompts while eating lunch. QMHP-C met client upon arrival to the school setting. QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directives within three prompts. During midday observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of utilizing respectful words and keeping his hand/feet to himself when interacting with his peers. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of communicating his anger appropriately and following directives within three prompts. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services as evidenced by positive participation. The client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directives within three prompts and to not play in the restroom. During midday observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to utilize respectful words and keep his hand/feet to himself when interacting with his peers outside on the playground. During afternoon observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by refusing to follow directives and becoming angry. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to communicate his anger appropriately and to follow directives within three prompts while eating lunch.
